Approximately 1-2 weeks ago I contacted Quick Loan Funding. I watched the commercial for 15 minutes with all of these promises. My representative did not communicate except when he needed to obtain all my information to process a loan. Outside of that there was no communication. I had to call customer service and find out what the status was. They said my house value was only 407K and I was 67K negative so they could not do the loan. My house was appraised just a few months ago at $475K. Their appraisal was in house and no one came to my house to do a physical appraisal. The last conversation I had with my quick loan funding representative, the rep said he could not hear me and the phone cut off. My experience with Quick Loan Funding was terrible..
